4/2/25. Sergio is about 9 years old; he originally came to us many years ago after being found feral in the Redlands and has been in foster care for many years until recently when his foster lost her home and he had to come back to us. He is still decompressing and just starting to trust the volunteers he feels comfortable with, and he will actually hold up his paw in his kennel run, letting you know he wants to go out with you. He needs a kind and patient person to help him feel safe in this world. New things are scary to this sweet and calm senior, but with love, time, and gentle guidance, he will come out of his shell.
